The vendors submit invoices to our clients through a web invoice management system (WIMS). The IMRS process runs invoices through customized up-front edits that systematically determine if an invoice will be accepted. Also, based on customer defined business rules, the system has the ability to automatically approve invoices for payment or present the invoice to the client for further review.
Additionally, IMRS offers purchase order and invoice status search functions to vendors on the WEB. On-line access to the information found in these applications helps reduce vendor phone inquiries, while increasing vendor satisfaction.
